PAYMENT
Payment is by cheque or credit card basis with order, phone, post or web site. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.

Availability

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order.
If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative.
Note this Web Site is NOT Stock Controlled.

We aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. However, at times of exceptional demand or when product is sourced for you, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly.

Prices   -  Prices include GST.

Prices listed on the website may differ from those in the shop. We regret that we are unable to offer the same discounts on items purchased in store.

Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the Website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.

Complaints - We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. We aim to resolve all customer complaints within 14 days. You will always be kept informed by email or by telephone until the complaint is resolved.

Guarantee/Refunds - Should you not be happy with your purchase we will be happy to issue a product exchange or a store credit to the value of the goods purchsed but not the courier fee.  All returns must be returned unopened, unsoiled and in original purchase condition within 14 days. Except where there are faulty goods, please see indiviual manufacturers guarantee.  In the unlikely event of wrong dispatch (sent the wrong product in error) we will, reimburse freight charges for you to return item.

If you recieve a product and decide that you no long require, we will happily issue a product exchange or store credit for the amount of the goods only and not the courier fee.  Goods to be returned must be reported to us via email/phone within 5 days of recieving goods and returned with 14 days.

We can not except any returned goods that are damaged, not in original packaging and if seals are broken.

Please note there will be no refunds, exchanges or returns on sale price, discounted, custom made or indent ordered goods.

When returning an item please include a copy of the invoice and a note explaining your return and whether you would like a replacement or store credit.  If this is to be a replacement you will be charged freight (payment of freight must be made before goods can be sent).

GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.

Steed Health/KD Distributors Ltd warrants the manufacture of all products but can not be held responsible for variations in efficacy or response.

Claims and Damages - Any claims for damages or shortages must be made in writing within three days of delivery. Phone for advice. No claims will be entertained after this period.
